TREMONT LODGE Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Cabins on the Cumberland, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as their immediate family members or individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate or win.

2. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. To enter, participants must provide their email address and phone number and agree to receive marketing communications. Entries that are incomplete or fail to meet the stated requirements may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Cabins on the Cumberland. Each person is allowed one (1) entry. Any additional entries by the same individual will result in disqualification.

3. Prize

One (1) Winner will receive a complimentary two-night stay at Cabins on the Cumberland, valid for two consecutive nights from Monday through Thursday, excluding major holidays.
No cash equivalent or prize substitutions will be offered unless determined by Cabins on the Cumberland.
The prize is non-transferable. The Winner is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including any applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

By accepting the prize, the Winner grants Cabins on the Cumberland permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

4. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The Winner will be chosen at random under the supervision of Cabins on the Cumberland.
The Winner will be notified via email within fourteen (14) days of the selection date.
Cabins on the Cumberland is not responsible for notification issues caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or other technical errors. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, does not claim the prize within 30 days, or fails to return a signed declaration and release, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

6. Terms & General Conditions

Cabins on the Cumberland reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances disrupt its operation. Participants who tamper with the entry process or violate these terms may be disqualified. By entering, participants release Cabins on the Cumberland, its affiliates, partners, employees, and representatives from any liability related to participation in the giveaway or use of the prize. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications via email and text from Cabins on the Cumberland and its giveaway partners.

7. Privacy Policy

Information submitted as part of the giveaway will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy listed on the Cabins on the Cumberland website.

8. Governing Law

All aspects of this giveaway, including its interpretation and enforcement, are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
